"Murderer's Shadow"
The "Murderer's Shadow" was written by Brent Mcdonald on February 5, 2012 in the New York Times. In this article a family talks about the loss of their father, and how their life changed. Ronnie was a father of two who killed after his wife walked out on him. He felt he had nothing else to live for, so he killed. He was prosecuted so his children never had the chance to know who their father really was. The two children talk about how they feel and wish they could have changed what he had done. This article is important because even though their father was a murderer the children still loved him and understood why he committed such a crime. Many children take advantage of their parents and do not realize how important they really are. Ronnie's children still stuck by his side and something most children would never do.
